Hello Pathways Family! I am Rynisha Speller, and I am the current AmeriCorps VISTA serving at Pathways. I am thrilled to start blogging at Pathways as I continue my service here in Petersburg.
As an AmeriCorps VISTA, I focus on indirect service, meaning I do work that is capacity building and support the services that Pathways provides. I am so excited to share more of what it means to be a VISTA through this blog and discuss all the extraordinary work done at Pathways.
I am a recent graduate of Virginia State University and currently working on my master's degree. My favorite part of working at Pathways is the incredible community. From my coworkers' constant support to the broader Petersburg community, I am so pleased to have been welcomed so cordially!
