Pathways; The Non-profit of Petersburg!

Welcome to Pathways! Allow me to introduce who we are and what we do. We are “the Non-Profit” of Petersburg, Virginia. Pathways is a neighborhood partner building pathways to education, employment, good health and a revitalized community. In addition to this, we build affordable homes and provide pathways to home ownership through our Financial Opportunities Center, (Pathways Works).

Our leadership models the necessity for professional development by engaging in area programs that enhance their leadership abilities. We are delighted to recognize our CEO, Juanita Epps and our COO, Shawn Nicholson, which recently graduated from several months of leadership training with Transforming RVA and Emerging Nonprofit Leaders Program sponsored by The Community Foundation.
