The vibrance of a community is directly tied to the health of its members. Pathways addresses health and wellness needs in our community in a myriad of ways. We operate a free specialty clinic with care in cardiology, chronic care, breast health, gynecology, rheumatology, and others. Our other efforts include: Mental Health Counseling, Nutrition Education, Exercise Classes, and Substance Abuse Counseling.

Revitalization must be whole - a community only truly flourishes when it is economically, environmentally, and socially healthy. There is strength and beauty in each neighborhood, and Pathways looks to build on those assets. Our neighbors work with us to actualize the dream of a better home for all through financial coaching, green space projects, beautification efforts, environmentally friendly housing, non-violent conflict resolution, and other positive ideas.
