Greetings From the New Pathways VISTA!

Hello Pathways family! I am Isabel Rose, and I am the current Americorp VISTA serving at Pathways. I am thrilled to start blogging at Pathways as I continue my service here in Petersburg.

As an Americorp VISTA I focus on indirect service, meaning I do work that is capacity building and support the services that Pathways provides. I am so excited to get to share more of what it means to be a VISTA through this blog, and discuss all the great work being done at Pathways.

I am a recent graduate of Bryn Mawr College, and I moved from the frigid north (Washington DC) to sunny Virginia to be here. My favorite part of working at Pathways is the incredible community that I get to be part of. From the constant support of my coworkers to the broader Petersburg community, I am so thankful to have been welcomed so warmly!
