Pathways Technical School

Pathways Technical School provides free job training for unemployed youth and adults in three tracks:

  • Solid Waste Management and Reduction (SWMR)
  • Energy Alternatives and Conservation (EAC)
  • Lead Abatement (LA)

As an official testing site, our students may earn the following certifications:

  • HAZWOPER Training (40 hrs)
  • OSHA Basic Safety (10 hrs)
  • Underground Storage Tank Leakage Awareness (12 hrs)
  • Solid Waste Management Awareness (20 hrs)
  • Basic Environmental Technology Literacy (16 hrs)
  • EPA Renovate, Repair, and Paint (16 hrs)
  • First Aid/CPR (8 hrs)
  • NCCER, Your Role in the Green Environment (12 hrs)
  • Electronics Technicians Association Customer Service (18 hrs)

This is a 16-week program. The first ten weeks cover core classes and certifications, while the final six weeks allow students to focus on one of the three specific tracks of study.

Pathways Technical School is completely free for qualified candidates.
High school diploma or GED required.
